History of our wooden fountain

Tyrolean Werner Thum spent almost three years building a giant fountain from a 360-year-old fir tree from the Heutal in Unken. Almost three years ago, the sawmill owner and wood artist Werner Thum from Waidring was allowed to cut down this fir tree, which was located in the Austrian Federal Forests in the Heutal in Unken.
